Hydraulic hand-operated laboratory presses - HB

The hydraulic hand-operated laboratory presses of the model series HB are ideal for all incidental press works in laboratores and workshops. In the different equipment variants the machines to almost any case of need can be adapted.

Technical description:

The hand-operated laboratory presses are built in a stable 4 column - upstroke construction.
The oil container contains the necessary quantity of oil and is piped with the hydraulic pump.
With each lifting of the hand lever the hand-operated hydraulic pump is transporting hydraulic oil into the pressure tube. By means of this the press starts the closing movement until the necessary pressing force has been built up.
After the pressing operation has been ended the press starts the opening movement while the pressure in the hydraulic system is lowered by means of the shut-off valve. The hydraulic oil returns into the oil container.
The pressing cylinder produces the required pressing force.
The ram works with upstroke movement and is guided along the columns with bushes.
The lubrication of the bushes is centrally effected from a lubrication spot.
The cold-pressing plates are surface grinded and removable (in order to exchange them with heating-plates for example).
The adjustment of the cross-head is effected by adjusting the nuts at the columns. This method of adjustment even allows an exact alignment of the pressing-plates to one-another.
The indication of the operating pressure is effected by an operating pressure gauge NG 63.
The supply voltage for machines with heating device is 230 / 400 V 50 Hz.

Additionally to our standard models we produce also presses with other dimensions, even for the use in the field of production.
